Shana and I are neck deep in planning mode for this 3 month trip we depart for next week. We will be filming a short film exploring the garbage impact of the full moon parties on Koh Phan Ngan in Thailand as part of our trip as well as some other short videos exploring art and culture through South East Asia. For the past month we have been preparing by buying lightweight film equipment and planning our journey that will take us through the Phillipines, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Borneo and Bali.
Anyone who has traveled for long periods knows how much prep work goes into it: visas, vaccinations, plane tickets, and itineraries. It’s stressful and exciting at the same time. The depart date just creeps up on you and before you know it you are boarding the airplane.

Welcome to our site Dontmisstheboat.org. Join us as we travel through South East Asia working on several short documentaries. Right now we are in Los Angeles preparing, were I am a drummer in the band Kaura and a filmmaker and my girlfriend Shana is a marriage and family therapist. Our plane leaves on March 1st and our first destination is Coron Island in the Phillipines. We will spend a week there working and relaxing and getting some scuba diving and beach time in.
